Leading partners though a facilitated project acceptance phase to create the project vision and specifications, negotiating contracts between stakeholders, establishing reporting requirements, and cementing the partnership.

5. Realise housing

Guiding the delivery of housing solutions, with regular reporting and communication to partners, managed risk, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of financial and social outcomes.
